Commentary on Ranking Methodology¶
1–4 exhibit concurrent strong demand pull and weak/fragmented supply, evidenced by multiple 2024-25 Brazilian sources, justifying top ranking. 5–7 address sizeable pains but face stiffer competition or execution hurdles. 8–10 are more niche or dependent on policy/market maturation, hence lower near-term priority.
